Payment Policy
Payment can be made via PayPal or card, using your email address to send an invoice. Alternatively, you can send payment via bank transfer, order via my Etsy shop. Note that payments to any coaching programmes or sessions need to be paid in full for lifetime access.
Payment Plan Policy
Payment plans are accepted and can be paid using any of the above payment options. A full record of your order and payments will be kept. Discount codes can be used towards your order but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Cancelling your coaching sessions, courses or digital products, returns and refunds
Once your order is placed you have 14 working days to cancel. You will receive a full refund unless work has already been started. In that case, the remainder of the balance, of which you haven’t consumed, will be refunded. Digital items cannot be returned and refunded, as instant access is given after payment.
Once your order is paid in full, you have full lifetime access to services. If there is no communication to access services, I will contact you after six month on three separate occasions using a social media message, email or phone number. If failure to arrange sessions or access to services after three attempts, the original service agreement will be cancelled and there will be no refund issued due to the time involved in contacting and dedicated sessions being reserved, which otherwise could have been provided to someone else. You can however, cancel your service agreement within six months of your original date in exchange for a full refund.

Delivery policy
Coaching sessions and all other services are arranged via zoom meetings with any lifetime content stored on your own personal portal or within your own client folder. I am not responsible for loss or damage to your business in the process of the service. I am not responsible for the results in which you receive from your business based on my coaching services. It is entirely your sole responsibility. Any claims will be investigated.
Contact information and data security
Upon booking, please ensure that your address and contact details are correct. Supplying the correct information is the responsibility of the client and I cannot send access to client services or folders to any details other than that stated on your PayPal, Etsy or bank transfer payment transaction.
As a client, you have the right to the contact information of myself. All information can be found on your invoice, my Facebook page, website and Etsy shop. Any details you provide to me are to be used for communication purposes only and will not be shared with any other party.
